Jim McKinnon was a very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable sales person. We visited multiple days and went on many test drives of different cars. There was no pressure put on us to buy anything. He communicated promptly when we had questions in between our visits. I would have gave 5 stars except for Jerry Doute, Used Vehicle Sales Director. When we were ready to actually buy the Jeep, there was an extra charge of $300 for parts etching security. This was NOT labeled on the sticker of the car. When I questioned Jim about it, He went to get the manager Jerry. Jerry was a fast talking guy who assured me that it was listed on the sticker of all of his cars, and that it would save us on insurance costs. We than went out to check the sticker of the car and it was NOT listed. Jim removed the $300 from the cost, and we bought the car, however we never talked to Jerry again. An apology would have been nice. I have done some research online since buying the car and it seems that this parts etching security is a regular scam done by many dealerships across the country. This left a bad feeling at the end about the car buying experience. We liked Jim and we liked our car, but be warned, we don't trust Jerry Doute, Used Vehicle Sales Director. And read all the details of costs before buying the car. Make sure you are paying what was labeled on the sticker.
Haven't bought a car here, but always had service done to my Jeep. Great group of guys, quick service and curteous
Today was my first time visiting Cueter dealership for an oil change. The service given by Cueter's employees (Adam & Jason) were over the top. I was being helped right away and told all the information about my car (what's needed done etc) Everything went smoothly and service provided was excellent! Definitely will go back!
