
You don’t have to be a journalist to write a good review after your purchase a vehicle. As a matter of fact, writing reviews can be quite fun. Online review sites are a nice place to write down your thoughts on the features, benefits and experience. This helps consumers shopping around for their next vehicle so they can get another inside look into the facts/knowledge you have on your new purchase. It’s also helpful for consumers who are shopping to get to know the dealership before they walk through the doors and furthermore, the friendly staff you encounter while you were making that purchasing decision. We decided to jot down a few points that can better assist you next time you get writers block.
1. Write down the features of your vehicle that impressed you: driving conditions, radio features heating/cooling, tires, etc. If you have a vehicle that is not fully stocked, that is okay, talk about what features you really were drawn too keeping price point in mind for consumers. It’s always nice for a consumer to get a feel for a vehicle before they get to experience a test drive themselves. Keep in mind; you can be a resourceful resource for them as they are researching a brand.
2. For many consumers, the experience is sometimes more rewarding than the product and/or brand. Why? A great experience is what brings happiness to a new vehicle purchase. Our sales staff is trained to make sure we follow proper guidelines to ensure your customer satisfaction. It also is self-rewarding when our sales people know they are putting their customers in a safe and affordable vehicle. Customer satisfaction is the key element to success of any company. Provide good examples of how your sales person handled your purchase.
3. Have fun! Remember, many consumers like you, go online to read up on reviews before they make a major purchase. If you are trying provide a helping resource online, have fun with it! Add a little humor to entice readers to want to learn more about the product you just purchased and provide them insight into your experience while you were at the dealership. Purchasing a vehicle is fun and exciting!

Reminders: You don’t need to get too technical or lengthy to write a good review. Make sure to keep your wording sweet and simple so you don’t confuse a reader. Don’t over analyze your points, just let them naturally come out. Remember, have fun!
