Adopt a Family This Christmas graphic with a child This Christmas there are families that are asking Santa for help.  Whether it be food, clothing or other necessities to get them through the chilly winter season. After talking to our local guidance counselors, it touched my heart to kids in our community. This year, Cueter is lucky to adopt 3 local families who are barely making ends meet. We are giving the gift of hope, generosity and more importantly community support. This is how it works.... Our local counselors choose three large local families from the Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor community. The three families combine come to a total of 23 people. We have three vehicles in our showroom, where we welcome our staff, extended families, friends and customers to help donate to the cause. We encourage local business participation to make this event memorable. A couple days before Christmas, Cueter Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, delivers the presents to each family and fill their house with the warmth and love from everyone who participated. Look At Your Credit Report? Review all of your accounts, find out the interest rate and determine how much you owe on each account.  Paying off your open accounts is very rewarding in the process of bringing your credit score up.  Find out which interest rate you are being charged and come up with a payment plan, putting most of your payments towards the account with the highest interest rate.  Make sure you still maintain minimum payment on the other open accounts. To summarize, ?fixing? a credit score is more about fixing errors in your credit history (if they exist) and then following the guidelines above to maintain consistent, good credit history. Raising your score after a poor mark on your report or building credit for the first time will take patience and discipline.
